It’s National Pie Day and I made some yogurt pies with banana cream pie flavor yogurt. I’ve had this yogurt and have been waiting for pie day to make it. I really enjoy this flavor as yogurt and thought it would be really good as a yogurt pie.
Spread it over the crusts then added some banana slices to make it more visually interesting.
I used banana cream pie yogurt, unflavored gelatin and banana pieces. Since with the original recipe is with a small box of jello which are 3oz, I used the same amount with the unflavored gelatin, but it was too much so next time I’ll just use 2 envelopes which is 2oz.

It was pretty good, but of course less gelatin next time.
